90% of Americas counties are red. They can easily form a new constitutional republic without democrats. And that is exactly what should happen. America is beyond repair with the entire democrat party corrupt and a federal government that is 90 % corrupt democrats. Then there are the democrats coast to coast that are just as corrupt. Abortion, lgbtq, drag queens everywhere, DQST for toddlers, etc. They belong to satan, and it is time to give them the boot. We have irreconcilable differences.

As a person who has studied the law and understands how the “system” works, we’re failing to discuss some key facts in the 2020 election situation.
As self-governed country under a public contract, the Constitution, we as the citizen hold the power and give our consent to the “government” to handle areas of common concern. The key is we “consent” to be governed. The way in which we can give our consent is through the vote, actively engaging they “system” to confer our authority to the government. One could argue we give our consent by compliance, but to me, voting is the overt act of compliance that signifies we want the government to continue and are exercising our right to say who governs and how.
If the process in which we grant our authority is tainted, in this case by fraud, then our grant is incomplete. In essence, the agreement was obtained by fraud, thus, in legal terms, the contract to be governed is “void” or “voidable.” I believe in this case it is void, i.e., no authority was conferred. Consequently, the government is illegitimate. It is outside of the Constitution making it un-Constitution and both illegal and unlawful.
This theory also comports with legal principles under agency law and fiduciary law. The principal, i.e., we the people, must express our consent to have our agents, elected officials, act on our behalf. This “expression of consent” can be express or implied and can be revoked at any time. In the case of implied consent, the agent’s actions must be “ratified” by the principal, either by express acknowledgment or a failure to repudiate while retaining the benefits of the agent’s actions.
Similarly, under fiduciary law, the agent/fiduciary, holding a position of trust and confidence, is acting on behalf of the principal/beneficiary. However, under fiduciary law the agent/fiduciary has a higher duty of conduct than a mere “agent.” The fiduciary must adhere to his/her “fiduciary duties” recognized as the duty of loyalty, duty of good faith, duty of confidentiality, duty of prudence, and duty of disclosure. I would contend that elected officials administering our civil liberties are acting in a fiduciary capacity and must adhere to this higher standard of conduct. In fact, they all take oaths of office which is an express acknowledgment of this fiduciary relationship with the people.
Until the voting is fixed, we have no way to legally confer authority to the government to be governed. They system of voting needs to be “airtight” or it’s illegitimate and ineffective. Appearance of legitimacy does not make it legitimate. This just opens the door to “revocation” and “repudiation” by the agents/beneficiaries, which is their right to do (see Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776) (“But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.”)
The election systems must be capable of withstanding rigorous auditing which should be conducted for every election, ex., double-blind vote recounts to verify every election with full, public transparency coupled with verification of identity and eligibility before casting votes. We have the technology to make this happen and the importance of the voting system and process cannot be understated.
At this stage we can and must withdraw our consent and repudiate any actions of the government and its benefits until the election systems of each state are repaired and fortified. Without doing so makes any subsequent elections worthless and will further divide the nation until we devolve into civil war and/or are invaded.
